Title: Does anyone know how can I contact Shutterstock by phone?

Hi,

I am a Shutterstock contributor for ten years and never had any issues with payment, but now I did not receive my payment for July 2017, also on the 16th of August I received an e-mail that my payment email has been changed, although I did not make any changes. I was advised to write to [email protected], which I did, but they are not answering for two days. Does anyone have a phone number for contributors?

They typically respond within a week or two, I would not expect an answer so soon. Unfortunately I don't know their phone number, nor do I know if there is a number for contributor inquiries. I suspect there isn't.

Regarding the email, if you log in, what does your account setting say?

Try to call to the main Shutterstock number and ask them.
Who can give you better information?

Hello,

Thanks for the answers, I called them, but the number is only for customers, they said to send an email to submit@shutterstock, which I did more than 48 hours ago and no answer. It just seems I will loose one whole month of payment, I am very disappointed by the way they treat us contributors.

try contacting via twitter and tell them you emailed the support team 2 days back.

They answer fast on their Facebook page too
