Hello to everyone. I've been in microstock sites for many years. I threatened them and turned off some websites and deleted hundreds of Gb Shutterstock or others archives.

I had a membership before. But I forgot my membership information and created a new membership. I will share here and also send an e-mail to Shutterstock. [email protected] [nofollow]

You can also send an email to Shutterstock. We can get results faster.

I know English in the middle level. I am trying to improve. I apologize if I use the wrong word.

Now, let's come to the main subject.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Look at this portfolio: https://www.shutterstock.com/g/kizdesign [nofollow]

I saw the character of the businessman there and I looked like someone else's character. I searched for half an hour. And I found. He stole ''En min Shen''s character.

Original file is here: https://www.shutterstock.com/image-vector/businessman-set-130229486? [nofollow]

The fakes are here: https://www.shutterstock.com/g/kizdesign?searchterm=businessman&search_source=base_gallery&language=en&sort=popular&safe=true [nofollow]

When I searched for an image on Google, I saw one of that it was purchased and used on YouTube video.

I looked for ''kizdesign'' words on Google, but I could not find a result.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now, real designers are using titles such as ''Product Designer, UI / UX Designer, Visual Designer... ''. I'm afraid of people who use GRAPHIC DESIGNER title.

That's all for now. See you again later.

I saw that he is from Morocco. I searched for ''kizdesign Morocco'' on Google and I found Facebook page. But there are only 2 photos: https://www.facebook.com/Adilkrez/ [nofollow]

This time I saw his user name. Adilkrez. I searched on Google and found Google+ and Youtube profiles. But I was not sure these pages belong to him.

This is Google+ profile: https://plus.google.com/116963942033115213962 [nofollow] Look at the cover picture and profile picture iMac and Windows key. :) I saved and searched his (!) cover photo on Google and found this: http://derdekor.com/ordenador-de-mesa-apple/ [nofollow]

Not finished.

This is Youtube profile: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgWSepTAIRSd5O20Knti2pA [nofollow]

Look at the videos he liked. He also liked this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h229qjeF6u4 [nofollow]

I used Google Translate and he tells how to become a member to Shutterstock, how to sell, how to earn money.

I'm rewriting profile links for Facebook, Google and Youtube. I want Shutterstock to sue this person.

I saved and searched his Shutterstock profile photo and found this: https://khamsat.com/user/adil-igouzmane [nofollow] He sells others vectors. And here: https://mostaql.com/u/kizdesign [nofollow]

4000 vectors: https://khamsat.com/designing/video/782192-4000-من-الرسوم-المتحركة-للموشن-جرافيك-5-دولار-فقط [nofollow]

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now I want to ask you a question. What will Shutterstock do? They will close his account. OK. They will write to the other sites. They will close his accounts. Thats all? After? Will this person be sued? Fine? Or jail?

I've emailed Shutterstock many times before. Some sites were closed, some did not, but they never responded to me. I wonder. So I wanted to write here.

That's all for now. I will send them to Shutterstock. You can send too: [email protected] [nofollow]

Thank you.

Even though your evidence indicates that he probably stole some designs and put derivates up for sale, ultimately it's up to Shutterstock to decide what to do with his account. The only thing we can do is report him to SS. There's no point in publishing his name or any of his social media channels in here. We're not a court of law.

AFAIK, only the infringed artist can sue him if he or she wants to. And then it's up to the judge to decide whether he's guilty or not, if it ever comes to that.

Shutterstock or he deleted businessman vectors but his portfolio is online now.

I don't understand why they don't delete his account.

I found his Santa Claus vectors. He stole from Igor Zakowski.

Igor Zakowski's Santa Claus vectors: https://www.shutterstock.com/g/izakowski?searchterm=santa+claus&search_source=base_gallery&language=en&sort=popular&safe=true [nofollow]

Thief: https://www.shutterstock.com/g/kizdesign?searchterm=santa+claus&search_source=base_gallery&language=en&sort=popular&safe=true [nofollow]

I send an email to Shutterstock where I write. But I want to create an archive here. I want everyone to know. For this reason I share.

Original: https://www.shutterstock.com/image-illustration/santa-claus-laptop-64036759?src=H_zXLPJS6uw-KOOyTLsQAg-1-22 [nofollow]

Fake: https://www.shutterstock.com/image-vector/vector-illustration-santa-claus-cartoon-character-775056859?src=vK6ZFcFEL0VCyXE9atTiWQ-1-5 [nofollow]

If you create and upload logo templates, please check his portfolio. He may have stolen your design.

He probably deleted the copied images himself, after reading this thread. I dealt with copycats before and it took Shutterstock about 10 days to react after my complaint and they deleted the whole account, not just the copied images. I think you gave him a warning.. Looking at the rest of his port, I believe most of it is copied, those logos, lion heads etc..

Good job catching that.

How did you notice it in the first place, because there are literally hundreds of thousands of images/vectors/etc?

Hello. I uploaded new images, after approval i searched my new images on new section. Then I saw, I wondered. I thought it was similar. because I remember this businessman character, in the popular category. I clicked and complained when I saw stealing.

Shutterstock provides you with "similar images" where copied work pops up immediately.

Which begs the question why don't Shutterstock stop them before they go live?

maybe because it's a bot that doesn't know any better. If you change just a few small details or even pixels, they may not be able to tell between visual similarity and copy. I posted somewhere how I once uploaded a pic by mistake which was virtually the same that was already up. It wasn't identical pixel-wise but still the same thing. They missed it. I only noticed it when a similar image was displayed.
