Lets face it, you have created just another micro stock agency with bottom pricing.

the amount of free work Ive put into Symbiostock, that youre using, demands more respect out of you.

its a shame. It hurts me to view how robin demolished Symbiostock. >:(
Look at the forum there a a few contributors left but Robin also manages to scare the last few too.
Now Murarka talking to himself alone in his forum.
Believes he really that he can build a community  with this arrogance?

I didn't like the concept of Symbiostock, everyone hosting their own site but I gave it a shot anyway and I never really liked it.  Having a single site that is majority owned by contributors would interest me.

I was worried when Robin tried to hide his real ID from the outset.

Isn't it about shares at ss as an example? And the result?

I have steered clear of Robin's version of Symbiostock, but I did read the Symzio agreement when I received the e-mail announcing this newest phase.

It read like the worst agency submitter contract, up to and including the ability of Symzio to chuck out any contributor at any time for any or no reason. How could anyone build on a platform like that with any confidence at all, especially given the petulant and volatile behavior of the person who owns this?

I've looked at their forums a couple of times since Robin took over and it's an abandoned ghost town. Couple of comments here and there, but as far as I can see his Lobo-style my way or the highway moderation style has reaped him the same lack of community as it did when iStock tried it.

Best I always find when he explains how the stock business works...

Looks like he thinks he's Batman, but he is, unfortunately, only Robin with a small portfolio ;D.

Contributors are not asking too much, maybe they want a fair price to cover cost of photog equipment, time out in the field or on site and work involved and the same for time and work to process images which surely cant be given for free unless you are a saint or like doing volunteer work.

robin claims to have over 200 installs of newsym but symzio doesn't reflect that

czech republic - 0
cambodia - 1 image
new york - 2 images
seattle - 0
horse - 12
tiger - 0

blue sky - almost all are spam - sky being a minor element

india - only generic food including multiple images of a pepper
paris - 30 images - mostly variations of a generic travel poster

italy - 33 images - mostly more generic posters or isolations of zucchini or pasta
sunset - 40 - again many are spam

and SS can rest easy --
marijuana - 0

:) It's a technical support forum!

http://www.symbiostock.org/forums/topic/dec-112015-what-have-you-done-to-promote-symzio-today/ [nofollow]

what-have-you-done-to-promote-symzio-today <- not technical support, but indeed asking for support.

Ask not what Symbiostock can do for you, but what you can do for Symbiostock.

:) It's a technical support forum! It's quiet because Symbiostock is awesome!

I'm serious too - you really should upgrade. All kinds of goodies. We're now matching Sell Media for new daily installs, which is some incredible growth.

And if you need technical support, you know where to go! I won't respond, but someone might...

What a great tech support slogan.

"If you need tech support, I won't give it to you, but who knows? Someone might."

Awesome. Sign me up.

I liked the idea of it significantly more than anything that's actually come of it ... I'm staying with the Leo version or moving to another platform but, I will not jump into Robin's boat ... dude hasn't been very honest right from the onset and doesn't really seem interested in supporting contributors or standing behind his product. The only reason most people installed Symbio to begin with was the community and the support from Leo ... with that gone well ... let's just say that it's a different project all together.
