Just got an email from Dreamstime, that photos which have not been sold in the last 4 years will automatically be moved to their free section if no action on my side is taken.
"If no action is taken, your images will be automatically donated to the free section after 30 days from this email."
>:(

I very correctly did that I never uploaded anything to this stock.

Unfortunately itīs more then saying "no".
They require recaptaning every single photo which hasnīt been sold.
The option is "donate to free section" or "recapture"

where did you see that? the message we've been discussing is that older unsold images are automatically sent to free section unless you opt out - 'one click removes them all'

The mail came with a link "to take action" I clicked on and there my unsold images were on display.
I had the option of "donating to free section" or something like "keep online" (donīt remember the exact words).
That was for each picture to be chosen, not once for all, but each picture had itīs own button.
So I chose "keep online" and I got two options: have this picture re-tagged by some professional (I think the price was 6 cent per photo) or tag it myself.
So I chose - tag myself. I didnīt retag it completely just deleted some words and wrote some new tags I hadnīt used before (if they made any sense I did not care).
Then I was able to send the picture back online.
But this means I have to re-tag every unsold single picture on itīs own if I donīt want to donate it.
If I donīt do this it will be automatically moved to the free section.
Iīd rather delete my photos before donating them to the free section....

You can set 'keep online' as the default action in your account settings. You'll still get reminders for each image that passes the 4-year mark, but you don't have to take explicit action anymore.

I've been with Dreamtime 5 years and have never received this email and not all my images have sold.

I think I give up with DT,it takes me too much time to upload and submit for what it can earn.
I started with DT in 2018 then in 2020 I quit, now i had started to upload again but it consumes too much time, the system for sending content and generally speaking is too slow and cumbersome.
I keep DP at least there i waste less time and min threshold is 50,also it seems that they accept more editorials.
Farewell DT :D
