Anyone think of just adjusting the saturation 10% or whatever and the video is considered different enough to be uploaded on other sites? Not just your Exclusive Site?

So you really want to be permanently banned from your exclusive site? Go for it.

Even if this weren't an unethical thing to do (which it is), technology will mean you'll have to work a lot harder to cheat than that.
Similar shenanigans were tried in the photo space - flip the photo or crop it a bit, usually by thieves versus by faux exclusives who didn't want to abide by the contract they voluntarily signed - but image matching software has gotten better and better over time and you have to be a lot more creative to cheat than you used to.
Additionally, for most sites that have exclusive deals, "similars" are covered - i.e. you can't upload something from the same shoot and very slightly different from the exclusive content.
Is this some sort of gag for a social sciences paper or were you seriously thinking about this?

You, will show us examples of those videos in an agency, ..... is this the idea? Are you going to show that this is being done?

That would be cheating. Aren’t there enough things in your world to video, that you would resort to cheating? Sure, other people do it. As my mom used to say, if everyone else jumped off a bridge, would you?

Answering to the original post, +/- 10% basic adjustment changes are not really making any difference assuming a crisp image, but, one file with heavy grading to your taste and a second one clean (or raw or whatever is called) same file upload might is accepteable, offering a finished product to use and a clean one leaving a true chance to the customer to choose from?

I'm not married so I don't know if this still works because I've never tried it, but back years and years ago, I remember some married couples had one spouse be exclusive to an agency and the other spouse be independent all on sites. Is this still allowed? I'd assume so since they are legally two different people.

I can tell for P5 acceptance not for actual sales...

In fact except different angles I believe a waste of time multi pre-editing clips for other people (customers) as long as I don't know the usage or mood needed. But I feel safe to upload a clip under green screen category with keyed out elements vs the original one. It was just a suggestion of course as long as heavily graded and raw can serve different customers (?)
PS if you were talking about bangee jumping, no thanks! my blood pressure is already high sitting on a chair :P

Edit, yes I agree uploading same clip multiple times with minor differences is cheating.
