Sadly, as most of you know today is the end of Picnick.

I loved using them to edit my pics for blogs an other freelance work I do and just fun.

Can yall suggest another online service that is similar?

I've never used either service, so I've no idea whether or not they are 'similar'; but Flickr switched from Picnick to Aviary last week.
Also, if you want 'free', Microsoft's Live Photo Gallery (latest version) is surprisingly good. It's not online, you download it onto your own PC (presuming you use Windows)
