after they kicked me out (use to average $50 to $100 a month there) they have the audacity to send me emails telling me my payment was declined due to no sales! >:(

You mean they had the audacity to send you an auto-generated email, telling you that you hadn't met the threshold for withdrawal, due to you not disabling your active request to be automatically sent all your earnings at the end of every month?
Maybe you could turn off your request for all earnings, and/or get support to delete your account, so their automated systems no longer just do what they're designed to do?
Or you could petition for a new checkbox to be added to the withdrawal page? Something along the lines of "By checking this box, I hereby state that I would like the system to ignore it's programming and not follow the instructions I have chosen it to follow, as I had all my photos removed and the anger/insult of that is clouding my ability to think this through logically. It doesn't matter if I had money in my account left over from before my photos were removed, or if I sell items other than photos, or whether I had money recently added to my account from a competition for example, or whether I plan to sell anything in the future... just ignore my request to withdrawal all earnings, and don't send me an email to inform me if I will or won't be getting any money."
A bit 'wordy', but I'm sure they could streamline it.
