So...

People that are established on envato are probably pretty happy. Reduced competition with the new uploading process. But it seems envato has been doing that for the past year (from deleting 100's of items on the queue with their old cumbersome interface, to a 'six month' waiting time (which, of course would probably be extended seeing as how they do business).

Any comments on what to do if you've been blocked from uploading?

inteface has changed (very easy), but now they've blocked 'new' people from uploading...

I don't mind the $200 + revenue sharing scheme but I got pissed off uploading images to have them accepted then deleted days later for the usual BS

Some even sold and then were deleted.

They allow lots of similars and stock schlock from their favourite contributors though.

But isn't it obvious? They have so much content that new stuff isn't worth the cost of reviewing. This is no doubt true at other agencies too; some, like SS, seem to have basically stopped reviewing instead of shutting off uploads. Maybe they rank new uploads lower in search on the assumption that average quality is lower without review.

Looks exactly the same to me. Make 3 different formats and tediously go through each file and check and fill out a bunch of boxes. Maybe that is just Graphic River though and the other sites have changed.

Envato is a bad partner for contributors with bad policies and deserves to fail.
