Title: EOS Destination Workshops

Anyone doing any of these?  I usually look and delete.  This one I would really love to participate in:

If I ever move from Texas, it would be somewhere like Arizona -- or Utah -- or New Mexico or --- you get my drift.   8)

The day at the ranch with cowboys herding horses really got my attention.  But -- wouldn't you know -- just when I have a paying gig.   :(

Back to the original question -- have any of you done any of these workshops, as a participant or an instructor?

There is a dude ranch here in Colorado that has a photography outing.  I have not attended.

Later this year I will be hiring a "cowboy" actor that has starred in various films to do a photo shoot.  He owns a small ranch about 15 miles from my home and has various costumes, firearms, etc.  I'm going to wait until July sometime before I book him (more because of my own schedule).

Sounds great, Ed.  Maybe you should offer to share the shoot -- and the cost, of course.   :P

Found the place here in Colorado that does the shootout at the ranch.  My understanding is they do provide model releases (but make sure first if you decide to book the shoot)
