Never heard of them, but the WhoIs data for the web site says it's owned by Nico Prins from Somerset in the UK. JVZoo is an affiliate marketing outfit, so I'm guessing Nico bought the Kool Aid and is trying to build his own empire.

Search found that JVZoo is owned by BBC Systems Inc and looking at the LinkedIn profiles of the two who are owner/founder/partners it screams "run away" (sleazy business that is more about making them money than anyone else)
