To save some fees i would like to pay my flighttickets in $ and with Paypal.

Someone knows sites that are suitable (paypal/us dollar/foreign customer)?

Ryanair, just use your dollar balance to pay for the ticket. It will be converted to Euros.

But it's the conversion that needs to be avoided.

I don't think you will avoid conversion, because if you get charged in Europe in dollars they will increase the dollar price to compensate for their conversion cost.

Here is a trick, use the American website for a carrier in Europe

https://www.theguardian.com/money/2011/jan/23/booking-flight-airline-websites (https://www.theguardian.com/money/2011/jan/23/booking-flight-airline-websites)

So book a British Airways flight from .com rather than from co.uk.

No problem, and you can call me Ron.

Don't know much about Payoneer to be honest.
