Dear all
I am wondering with font style design, which font are allowed to use to design style for sale without worry about copy right?
if you can list all that for me to download would be appreciated.

If you buy separate fonts, there should be a text file attached to the compressed archive with all legal blablablas.
According to Windows EULA - you can use all system fonts in your publications.
Fonts under GNU/GPL licences can be used in your design.
But the thing is - if you buy fonts, the purpose to do this is to use them in commercial designs :-)

If you are talking about using fonts in with your images and then selling them on microstock, most agencies don't want fonts in the images. Though apparently they don't reject them, because I see photos that have been accepted with type in them.
It's best to email contributor relations for the agency you are thinking of sending your work to...that way you get a definitive answer from that specific agency. The answer you get here is just based on peoples experience or opinion and may not be correct for a specific agency.

Try searching on 'single word' and you'll find 28112 images, some of which must have been created using fonts.
Also, although the logo programme isn't live yet, the 'fonts' issue has been thrashed in the logo forum. Try typing 'font' in the search box at the bottom of the logo forum for lots of threads.
But at e.g. P22 fonts, when you buy them you can't use them for 'commercial use' until you pay a supplement. Caveat emptor.

In fact, I was thinking about vectors containing traced fonts, which Istock reject.
Try to search 'happy new year' on Istock vectors, then on other sites, you will see the difference.
Have you ever submitted a picture which contains font letters ?

There are two sites that I mainly use for commercial use fonts: fontsquirrel.com/ (http://fontsquirrel.com/) and fontspace.com (http://fontspace.com). All fonts at fontsquirrel supposedly allow commercial use and fontspace has a checkbox which you can tick that lists only commercial use fonts. When you download the zip file, always read the licence and make sure you can use it for commercial purposes for free... some have conditions attached to them. If there's no licence or there are conditions, don't take the risk.
When uploading to microstock, if you have the option to leave a note to the reviewer (like on DT), name the font and tell them it's allowed for commercial use. If you're a designer, you should tell the client which font you used and what the terms are.

But for the benefit of the OP in case s/he was asking about vectors, here's a vector forum post from Rob Sylvan, at the time still a moderator/admin:
"If you do a forum search on fonts and vectors you'll find this topic has been discussed in circles before, and I don't think there is ever going to be a great clarity that everyone gets behind. So, the challenge is to work with it as best as you can, or just don't use text in vector illustrations and save yourself the frustration of dealing with it."
