Hi MSG Folks,

Did anyone feedback on the recent survey that was sent out to us? I hoping they they raise their 20% commission to at least 33%.

I recommended that they sacked Chad, but I haven't had any feedback on that yet.

Last year, My 7 day rank from around 150 drop to 650 within few months.
after recent survey,  my 7 day rank drop to over 1000.  ???

I'm sure raising commissions would make them a lot of money but I doubt they will do it.  There's little incentive to upload new images now, I upload a fraction of what I used to.  They get everything later than SS.  Perhaps there are enough people that don't care about money that will keep them going but I don't think its a coincidence that SS are doing great and the sites that cut commissions are falling back.

They don't need a survey to work out how we feel about them and where we think they've gone wrong.  Perhaps it helps if they want to change strategy but I wont believe it until I see it.

They sent it out by e-mail some time ago. I don't know why they've taken to sending me things, I never got messages from them when I had my portfolio there it's only since I told them to close my account.

The form helpfully provided loads of room for additional comments so I expect mine entertained the staff for a while, if anyone bothered to read it.

Neither have I. No survey has come my way.

I closed my account there over a year ago and have received no info or survey from them yet. I wouldn't have participated anyway. Wouldn't want to waste any more time with them.

Can someone explain overall rank and 7 day rank and the trelationship between them?  My 7 day varies between 25% & 80% of the overall and tiny dl numbers seem to make a big difference.

First they throw out all members with opinion out of their forum, then they spend money on sending surveys with the money they get by cutting commissions from the members with opinion. Great Deal.
