Hey gang
Haven't been on Getty for ages, and have just returned to check my sales (if any). But I can't get to my royalties. I see two boxes when I go to "Royalties" - Summary and Export. Briefly there is another box called Royalties when I refresh the site, but it disappears after a split second.
Nowhere can I find a royalty statement, or see how many downloads there's been. Can't export any files either. And can't seem to find any contact form to Getty.
Anybody having the same trouble? What has happened while I was away?

Wow, you've really been away for a long time.
They moved over to ESP (no kidding) in January 2017.
You should have got an email I think around Oct 2016 (more or less) giving you your new login details.
Hopefully someone else will be able to tell you the contact for people who can't get into ESP, I don't have it handy.

I am on ESP. It's not that long ago. I'm talking a couple of months. I have no problem logging in. That's not the problem. Only these problems I wrote here - I can't see my royalties anywhere.

Yes, I see all that. I go to royalties.... For a short split of a second, I see the Royalties box on top of the Summary and the Export box, then it dissappears.....

Don't know, but at least you're in the right place. ;D
Sorry for not being more helpful. Time for Getty Support? Seems pretty strange.
Another off the wall possibility before that. Pop up blocker, add blocker, java blocker, virus software, something along those lines? Try a different browser just for an experiment?

That's why I said I hope someone knows the way of contacting support other than using their contact system.
Normally we have to contact them via their contact form, which you may not be able to access.
Have you tried the Contributor Community page? If you can get into that, you can get to the support form via the FAQs page (scroll down the page and eventually you get to Contact Us. To get to the FAQ page from the main Contributor Community page, click either 'need help' near the top of the page, or the Help link in the left hand links column.
Also, if you can get into the Contributor Community page, you should be able to access their forum, and you might get a quicker answer that way.
If you're on Facebook, there are two official groups I know of, one general, one for exclusives only, which is a closed group. Oh, in checking to see if the general group is also closed, I found this email to contact them if you can't get in via ESP:
