I'm working on some cartoons of people wearing Google Glass things. I've found some on IS and SS as Royalty Free with the "Google glass" keyword on both sites. I'm not sure what the best way is to describe and keyword my drawings without violating copyright rules. Any suggestions?

Up to the agencies. I will mention that Google lost their case to have the word "Glass" trademarked in the US. So the word is not protected. However as we've seen time after time, agencies make their own rules, based on CYA policies to avoid any problems or litigation.

Submit by tossing one into the review grinder, and see how it comes out.  :)

I think your best bet is to avoid trademarked brand names in keywords. I did a search for wearable technology and you can see articles using just glass to refer to Google Glass and phrases like wearable computing, wearable devices and so on. I'd try to see what common language shows up in the tech press and start there.

:(  Well, Shutterstock rejected all five of them for "Trademark--Image potentially infringes on intellectual property rights." Seems unwarranted to me, especially that they have RF images with more detail than mine.

I did not use any "google" keywords.

Fotolia took them all. Still waiting on a bunch of other agencies.

You can see them at the top of the search results at Mostphotos link below:

Lol.

Visor?  Eyewear?  Glasses.  Wearable.  Technology.
