I wanted to change my email at Fotolia because my old one isn't valid anymore. So I edited it in my account information.
I then got this mail from them:
"Your account: iahulbak, was not validated because important information seems to be missing or incorrect (name, addresses, phone number, etc.).
Please modify this information by updating the My Profile section of your Fotolia account.
You will have 2 days to make these changes. If no modifications are made, your account will be removed."
I just don't understand what they mean. All my other information is correct, and has been the same for all the 8 years I've been a contributor.

Quality, pure quality.

and they "remove" you because of this? This ft.. i can`t believe.
-
I would call their contributor support number ASAP. This is scary you coul have your account deleted because of a website glitch!
-
Have you tried deleting the old info and re-entering it again?
-
I tried to delete and re-enter, and now it says "e-mail validated". So I hope it's ok then. Thanks rimglow!

I experience a similar situation on a different (non-microstock) site. Once they have validated my email, I can't make a change. Or if I do want to make a change, they need to revalidate.
Sounds like you got it handled though. Glad it worked for you the second time.
