Title: graffiti copyright ?

i just take a photo from a graffiti wall in a city in germany.
can i upload this picture now to a microstock agency and offer that or does this have a kind of "copyright".

- no its not MY graffiti, just found this interesting

Graffiti is art by someone thus copyrighted. Submit as editorial.
