yin and yong stability in question...  ;)

In fact, Getty Images and Adobe are already customers of this canadian company, founded by a French woman. PixID and Piximilar are the products they develop for the industry, who pays to track the pictures they sell.

Concerning their business model, they think about advertising and premium services by subscription, like warning when a logo, a picture or whatever are used.
And they are looking for 10 to 12 billion dollars for their business development...

Very neat, I found some of my images in use.

However, I also found some watermarked images in use...  What do you do in such cases?  Report the host or the stock site?

Regards,
Adelaide

I have only found one usage via tineye - and I think it may be stolen

http://dolcimamme.forumattivo.com/ and when I hover my mouse over the image, it states "hosted by imageshack"  I have never heard of imageshack - has anyone else?

I have sent an email to them requesting they remove it, as it is my best selling image.

Yes, I would report it both to the site from which the image was taken, and the photographer (or copyright holder) if you can track them down.

I was the photographer in both cases (althogh in one of them there were other people's images from DT).  I emailed IS and DT.

And I ask again: are CD covers a valid use without an EL?

Adelaide
