I did not get it either but I have seen on one of the topics the username/password reset. After that I was able to log in on both esp and Deepmeta v3. Might not be best solution but it worked for me

Between February 1st and 3rd, you will be receiving an email from us with your ESP username... On the 6th nothing arrived yet.
According to Deep Meta V3 the info will be send out in the first week of february, that gives them ONE extra day to get their @#$% ready.

This afternoon my old u/n and p/w were working and now it's redirecting to the new site, and login no longer works. Login worked fine on DM3 now.

Me3, but I don't see anything there unless someone wanted to upload, and apart from the potential super-low royalties (when they trialled 'credit subscriptions' a while back, I for one got most of my sales very near the bottom of the range of prices), there are so many reports about files 'stuck in pending', or just 'disappearing' totally (not related to ESP), I wouldn't expect there to be a rush of uploading.
There are 30 pages c600 posts already on the ESP help thread over there, which might be worth checking for specific issues.
Anyone who is surprised at the technical ineptitude can't have been on iS for very long.

Nothing. And I am exclusive. There was a message that all exclusives should have received theirs by 2/3. Based on that I put in a support ticket this morning. It is somewhat comforting to know i am not the only one. I don't know if any other exclusives didn't get the email.

I suspect in my case it may be because several years ago I received an "invitation" to ESP (I used to submit videos to iS). However, as far as I remember, I never accepted the invitation -- I did not even click on the link in the email, let alone create an account.
I'm sure sooner or later they'll get this ironed out, but if I were interested in UL'ing something, I'd be really upset.

I cannot access their forum anymore (few days back). Has anyone else been able to? What is the official statement??
(I'm exclusive and still did not received the e-mail).

Nothing here either (UK). No ESP invitation email received. Can't access the forums, can't upload or edit photos. All financial details have gone. No communication from IS, sent in two tickets. Found an email for contacting Getty if invitation not received but my email just came back as not delivered. So glad I dropped the exclusive crown with them years ago.

At the end of february 7 I have no received ESP username & password, and I am not more able to sign into Forum and my old Istock web space seems usefull only for a buyer, no more for a seller.

A friend of mine received the email today eventually, with a kind note: "We're sorry for the delay!"
But still nothing for me!

I just logged in using my full email and istock password, thanks to an MSG user who put that info on here in another thread. All I wanted to do was check my January earnings, but apparently even those aren't showing up just yet in the ESP area.

I got mine with the "Sorry" subject, but there is nothing in the "Follow your unique link" so there's nothing I can do. Total screwups.

I had an email this morning with the "...sorry for the delay" intro and no unique link. I haven't written to support (came here to see if I was alone in this hiccup or not). I filled out the support form found at the contact us if you can't sign in link and the text they display after you submit that is:
"Your message has been sent to our contributor support team.
Our aim is to provide a response within 2 business days."
I sincerely hope that customers get a better response time than 2 days. And if customers do, why not contributors...

yeah, I got the same letter with no unique link telling me to follow the unique link and saying dire things would happen if I didn't do it within 30 days. I was able to login with my old is password and get to last years IS sales data. It only lists totals for every month and it doesn't match what I recorded off of IS last year - some months do, some don't.
I have no idea what my balance is.
This is no way to run a company. I am not surprised though. I am glad I don't depend on them for anything other than amusement and frustration.

I got an email on the 2nd. Everything seemed to sign up fine. There are no stats, but I assumed that isn't ready yet.

So my unique link is not that unique, it appears, because several other contribs also have the same link---a big empty blank!!
The ineptitude over there knows no bounds!

They've replied to my support ticket with an actual working link, but I'd already logged in with my existing email and password. No change either way - still no useful data.

btw I got the same email "again"!
this time with the unique link which asks you to create a new password..
I just used my existing password instead of creating a new one and it worked..
so you "don't have to" create a new one..

I received a second email with a link (email formatting was odd but the link worked). It appears they have basic profile data, payment method and join date moved over correctly

ah, this explains why I can't get into the ESP site. I usually have some dramas logging in at Getty (there are/were too many different log in portals, perhaps they are tidying that mess up?)
I've emailed them, assuming it was my old email being the problem and they didn't even mention some kind of email you are all talking about. I hardly UL so it's not a big issue, and i'm sure my statement from last month is overflowing with cents.
I did receive a link to try to request my email be changed (pretty sure it was already changed, but whatevs...) and hilariously, that link doesn't work.
