Hi, I searched the forums for information about the "ideal" model release, means a release accepted by every stock site. The solution seems to be to use the istock release and just delete any icons etc that refer to istock. But then it still says "by the laws of Alberta, Canada". So I am from the UK, my models (hopefully) are from the UK, how do I explain the reference to Canada???
The reason I ask is: We are trying to get the first UK Ballyhoo going and I need a model release that is valid for everybody.
I also need a simple liability waiver for the participants in this events and and a simple property release where the owner of the place (a farm) agrees to the shoot and the use of the images (just in case, more a formality really) does anybody have an idea where to get these from, Thanks SY

If you can open a Word doc, scroll down to my post on the following link I uploaded a model release in Word. It was modified from Istock's release but not much, I forget exactly, but I just searched for alberta in it and I must have removed. Anyhow, if you work from this text document you could modify it to suit your needs. (Has been accepted by all on the Big 6)
