Hi,
I hope I'm in the right category with this topic.

I want to make some photos and add some Illustrator elements in it. Something like that:  http://www.shutterstock.com/pic-117977548/stock-photo-businessman-pressing-a-spot-in-the-air.html?src=cvDfHUdZUJDsDwyW8T46Hw-2-26&ws=1
This will not be a traced vector or illustration. I will work in PS , add elements from AI and save it as a normal photo.

Should I mark it as photo or illustration? Cause I have seen this kind of pictures marked as pictures or illustrations on SS and FT. Which is technically correct?
Thank you.

They covered this question in the "preparing your illustrations for shutterstock" seminar...don't remember the exact advice. Towards the end of that video, if you want to watch itI think.
