This was my first summer in microstock, and I think I experienced the summer slump that many have posted about.  I had month-over-month growth right up until June, then July and August were fairly flat.  But starting the several days in August, I've seen a huge jump across nearly every site.  (Have to find some wood to knock.)  Is everyone else experiencing a big post-summer rise?

Not spectacular for me so far anyway.
I did enjoy a very good August so I can't complain.

Fingers crossed, sales should become steady enough from here on.

June was horrible but July and August were stellar, especially at DT and SS.

Too early to tell for sure.  Sept. started with a holiday weekend, so that was slow.  Then Tuesday sales shot up from people returning to work.

I imagine it will take a week or two more for a pattern to emerge.

Slow for me, projections would forecast a bad month, especially at DT, which was my best performer last month.

Seeing similar here. Sept looks like it's going to be a a bit of a let down, especially at SS. I was looking for things to pick up a little, even after some decent and steady sales all during the "off" season.

But its early yet! And Xmas stuff is continuing to sell well.

istock only: picking up from dismal July/August, but way below this time last year in downloads, like every other month this year so far.  :'(

I did not feel the summer slump this year.
July was a BME for me... until August which due to Vetta sales (IS) and a very nice EL, became my newest BME.

Sept. however is off to a mediocre start. Probably due, as Lisa pointed out, to the the long holiday weekend at the start.

You will start to see it increase, Oct is when I notice stronger sales.  I think people get in the spending mood because of Christmas

In first 10 days projecton
Shutter is steady
but Dream and iStock seems to bee BME (but I think they always doing better in first days of the month and than slows down) so everything is as usual.
Xperts are doing well and I hope it will not be they last snatch.
Fotolia first week is very weak than last 3 days they are woke up (hope its only problem in lag server data)?!
All other I am looking and the end of the month.
Conclusion
It will bee few percent better than last month  :)
