Title: huge sales at stockxpert

Is anyone else experiencing huge downloads from Thinkstock coming from the Stockxpert catalogue?  I am having massive downloads and am concerned about possible fraudulent usage of my images. Yes, I have contacted support at Stockxpert but wanted to see if I am alone in this.

Thank you for the link, Cathy.  So, I am not alone in this phenomena and, perhaps, should not worry about fraudulent usage.

I don't think it's fraudulent usage, just glitchy/bad accounting software.

Well, as of this moment the accounts page has disappeared from StockXpert which, I hope, is a result of Istock's being updated as announced top of this site.  As I had literally multi thousands of downloads reported today, if they are legit, I would hate to lose that revenue.

happened to me, must be a glitch, darn, I had a few hundred bucks in sales just today.

Just notice my JAN stats in stockxpert is 0, while Feb had 3 days stats.. anyone got  JAN stats?

They were late in paying november and december sales due to their technical problems.
From what I understand:
- the first 2 days in Feb are november sales split in two parts;
- the third day in Feb are december sales;
- no payments were made in Jan so stats will remain to 0;
- January sales will (hopefully) be paid in february, or later.
