Title: Illustrations in Twenty20 and EyeEm ?

I recently made my EyeEm and Twenty20 profiles and wonder if it makes sense to upload my vector stuff like illustrations there. I saw solid portfolios with illustrations in Twenty20 which is illogical ( with this single image keywords edit ) if there is no sales. Has anyone from the forum experience with the publication of illustrations on these 2 sites and even more importantly - Selected for Getty Illustrations from EyeEm?
