An interesting case.  Many of our own model releases contain similar language.  This is probably something we need to keep a close eye on.

Notice who she is going after? Always go for the deep pockets.
I doubt that she has a case, but I'll bet Volvo pays her off just to keep her quiet.... or not, they do say there is no such thing as bad publicity in Hollywood.
Does the same apply to cars?

Here in Sweden! forget it, theyre not even worried and as far as we have heard, she had signed the "unlimited use" , etc, etc,  theres no case here but ofcourse she can smell money, thats all.
