Title: I’m having trouble uploading footage with sound

Hello,

I recently uploaded some wildlife footage with sound to SS, AS, and Pond5. However, after my uploads were approved, I noticed that all the footage had lost their sound. The sound was relevant and of high quality.

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue before and if there's any solution to it.

I guess I’m the only one experiencing this.

Well, once I find the root cause and solution, I’ll make sure to post it here in case someone else faces the same issue :)

It can not be so. I've never even heard of this.

You don't know if the sound is lost or if it's in the footage because you can't check it.
It could be that the sound remains in your footage.

I have also uploaded some videos with sound and have noted this in the title.
The customer would probably complain about the purchase if there was no sound. That's why I believe that the agencies don't delete the sound.

But we can't check that.
