Title: Image contains identifiable people

what, if they claim some random people shot form the back from a distance are really identifiable, plz provide their ss#. I think I would never identify them when I was shooting and I  never see them again. They are just paranoid.

The paranoia stems from a lawsuit against CNN a number of years back.  They were doing a segment on overweight people and had some footage of a fat guy walking away from the camera.  The footage was even blurred to help the text for the piece stand out and the guy in the video was STILL able to recognize himself and he sued.
