Why are they posting publicly who got paid what? I wouldn't want anybody to know I got paid that much.

It's a great publicity for ImageBrief and photographers.
I am sure they gave their consent to this shout.
NDA is on the photos and name of the buyer.

It still would be without knowing the names of the photographers. I'd say they gave their consent, I wouldnt feel comfortable with it, I think. It is a good way to get your name out there though.

I'd be more interested in seeing the images, than the photographers.

Congrats and personal respect to Ed Gately and Ralph Ventura, but to me much better indicator could be report of 100 photographers which got $181.50 each when we talk about sales there.

True. There are occasional reports of four figure Alamy sales (and even 10k+, IIRC)(gross), but my average there this month is $11.87 (net). That's a lottery.
