Is it the lone subject or part of some other shot? If it's the subject, it should not have been allowed in the first place = No Brand Names and No Trademarks. If it's in someone hands and it's a photo of them or a band, you should be allowed to use the guitar in a shot.
Cut and edited: Logos, trademarks, company names, and product names are not acceptable and must be removed from all images uploaded... This includes logos or company brands accompanied by a property release, as we simply cannot control end use to the degree required in this area.
Otherwise I agree, nudes on white, and stick figures, will be the shot of tomorrow.
The eye glasses and sunglasses claim hasn't been decided yet. I find the claim to be ludicrous. We wear glasses, we wear shoes, we wear a belt (well some of us?) and next the buttons on shirts or maybe our socks? Same thing. Accessory and not the main subject, the company shouldn't have a claim. (if their name, trademark or logo aren't used for commercial purposes)
