Pond5 video clips will no longer be licensed through Adobe Stock. For Pond5 Global Partner program participants, if you would like to continue offering your clips on Adobe Stock, please upload your video content directly to Adobe Stock.

I asked pond5 to change my whole portfolio from exclusive to non exclusive and they asked me to wait upload to other agencies  (including Adobe) for 6 months. That are indeed the rules.
But pond5 faster changes not selling on Adobe anymore and now Adobe asks us to upload to Adobe directly.
Who is breaking the rules here?
Am I allowed to upload to Adobe, but have to wait 6 months before I can upload to the other agencies? (Yes, I was/are signed for partnership)

You signed an agreement with Pond5 so yes you have to wait.
I don't see how Adobe should be involved in this: of course they ask to upload directly, as any other agency.
IF the exclusive agreement with pond5 includes this six months after closing the exclusivity, you have to wait

Every day I delete about 200-400 videos at pond5. Pond5 is history for me.

You are definitely right!
But I feel like pond5/Adobe are breaking rules. A contract should be followed by both sides!
If they are doing like this, the minimum I would expect: giving me the same option not following the rules after their changings!

I can't recommend anyone to upload their videos to Adobe Stock.
The royalties have decreased a lot since the introduction of the new subscription. 2,80 instead of 28 for a video clip.
I also found out that AS closed my portfolio after 3 years. And AS does not answer any mail from me asking for the reason.
AS is the most unfair stock agency from my point of view.

Why?
P5 is a fair agency and very good at selling videos.
GPP is not dead. Only Adobe is no longer there.
We don't know how many GPP sales were from AS and how many were from the rest of the world.
P5 writes GPP remains strong :

I'm curious about the GPP sales numbers without AS.
Let's see if GPP stays really strong. I hope so.

I also have lower sales and also over $100. The quantity and average value are interesting and for me they are ok with my older exclusive account (since 2019).
In my young non-exclusive account (since 2021) there are very few GPP sales so far.
