Not considering stupid rejection reasons, what in your experience is the site which constantly pick all the pictures no one else wants and rejects the top sellers on other sites.  Simply put thus, the worst of image selectors.

In my case Crestock must get the gold medal for always picking the opposite choice of every one else and has (for me) the sales record to confirm their awkward taste.

(You might have had those "not what we are looking for" type of feedback and then thought, sorry, my bad, thought you wanted something that sells..... :D)

I have never submitted to Crestock because of their bad reputation.

For me the worst reviewers are definetely at 123RF, although when I started in 2008 they were quite good.
Depending on the batch I have about 85-100% acceptance at SS and DT, but 123RF would reject everything but the weakest photos from the batch. I don't contribute there actively anymore, doesn't make sense.
I suspect they switched to some sort of automated reviewing process in 2009. People shooting models still report good acceptance rates. I don't have rejection problems anywhere else.

Crestock is also my number one. Never seen another site as arrogant to reject 200+ photos in a matter of minutes.

For me DT is the worst worst of image selectors  because of their stupid policy "Too many photos/illustrations on the same subject or from the same series."
I don't submit to low earners sites except GL so I don't know their review process.
Who has the best reviewers? iStock! They really know their job.

Like it or not they are still  number one!

Gold medal goes to Crestock. After changes at Crestock, regardless what I submitted, only 10% were accepted. Totally inappropriate rejection reasons.
Silver medal goes to Veer. Several really selling images were rejected something as 'does not appealing to Veer customers'
Bronze goes to DT. The editors will found everything similar that isn't. They over-complicate this similar thing. They simply remain without more images and choices for buyers.
