Title: Is Dell Ultrasharp monitor color accurate enough for design?

Hi,
I'm looking for a budget option  to use with vector clipart.

It has to have some color accuracy or at least that I'm able to calibrate with a pantone huey or  and I'm thinking of a Dell U2412M which seems to be an upgrade from the Dell U2415...

what is your budget?
