Title: Is it StockMon safe to use and put passwords there?????

Hi,

I'm just install StockMon, software for track earnings of various stock agencies. It is safe to use and put passwords there? Anyone who using this sofware, experience about safety??

I have no idea whether it is safe or not. However, in general, the fewer applications and sites which have your passwords, the better. You have no idea how secure the application is, or even whether it is legit.

Even if it is legit - you have to trust that it does not, itself, have some security vulnerability which might cause it to be compromised by some other exploit.

Ask yourself these 2 questions:

1. would you use it if it was offering up a solution for checking the balances of your various online bank accounts and credit cards?

2. Do you really need it?
