Title: Is this OK?

I stumbled across this photo:

The 2nd also submitted what seems to be the same image reversed:

I wouldn't have thought this was allowed?

Why? They're clearly two different photos, same theme but that's not a problem.

Just wondered, being more or less a newbie.  It just seemed a bit off to me that somebody creates a great seller and within a few months somebody else creates a very, very similar photo...it must be frustrating for the likes of Yuri and Sean if this is ok.

Such an obvious idea I wouldn't have necessarily said they had even seen the original one.

No, you are not allowed to just flip an image and submit it again.  You can mail support if your have the inclination.

That's a lot of problems with microstock...good selling images will eventually be copied by some one else. Some of them I am sure are innocent, but when you see it over and over in someones port, it pretty obviously that they are trying to copy the best sellers.

then it is only not ok for DT.

but actually, they are different contributors or at least different accounts (the mirror image is the same contributor though).
