I know this question comes up and often by the time someone reads the message, the site is back. Here's an easy way to check, without asking the forum. Anyone can check ANY SITE on their own.

It's up for me because I get sales and income from P5, DP, 123RF that I never uploaded to and I don't have an account. Now I add new images to DT, and Alamy. They have added Wirestock direct, extra channels and Instant Pay. What I'm getting at, is anything I get from Wirestock is money that I wouldn't have earned from anyplace else, that I still work for myself.
If I make more because I added new agencies and distribute to old, and as a result I earn more, then that's up from nothing? 8)
Can't speak on the down as... Wirestock is mostly just a distributor, not an agency. Only agencies can go up or down? We'll have to wait and see about this new Wirestock Direct thing. I don't know why a buyer would do that when they have so many choices from other agencies.

I must say. I submitted less then 100 photo's to try them out. All easy submission. All of them got to the first stage quickly, to the processing stage, I remember in 1 or 2 days or so. Then most of them quickly got keyworded and got the status 'submitted'. Other ones are hanging now. Don't know why.
I had some communication with them. They responded very quickly, so really compliments for that. But I also learned the following things:

the status 'submitted' is their last status. If you want to know if the agency accepted their submission of your photo you have to check it for yourself if the photo is up there or not
2
if you make a sale on one of the agencies you don't see it on your dashboard directly. They say the dashboard get's updated every 2-4 days.
So, quick response to your submission but then they don't finish processing all of the items in the submission. Secondly you have to wait untill they, in whichever way they work technically, to see sales coming into your dashboard.
Both of these issues are a bit dissapointing. Love their customer support though.
