Title: Is wirestock updating sales???

Usually I get 20-25 video sales every month in wirestock,
After they updated sales on 22nd Jan 2025, I got 11 days gap to report next sale... That really strange for me no sale for 11 days which includes 7 weekdays. At first I thought there is some delay in reporting sales. I sent a mail to them 2 days back. I got response like " sales will be updated by next payment". And today I noticed that sales that I got this month updated, but no sales updates from last 9 days of January.
I mailed them today, Their response is like they asked " If I get any mails regarding sales?"

Sending or not sending a mail is in their hands, and reporting and not reporting sales in wirestock account is in their hands. How can I get mails regarding sales if they don't update sales regularly in wirestock account..

That's really suspicious that 11 days without any sale... I don't believe it

I had no sales reported between Jan 24th and Feb 3rd, so roughly the same period as you.

I received last month's payment from wirestock, But not seeing any updates in sales in that time period that I mentioned above.
Really? I don't made many sales for 11 days?? I always feel suspicious about wirestock regarding sales.

And I can see one sale updated in wirestock on 5th Feb 2025 after receiving payment from wirestock. But the dashboard showing unpaid earnings as $0.

I have photo sales, no gaps for that period. Could be a video problem.
