Title: iStock password reset request

Just received this. If it's real, waiting to see system changes.

"Thanks for using iStock. Due to system changes, we need you to change the password for your user account.

To change your password, simply click the “Forgot your password?” link on our Sign In page.

Next, enter your Member Name or the email address associated with your account and we’ll email you a link that will let you create a new password.

If you have any questions, please Contact Us.

Thank you for your understanding."

not had this.....go to Istock sign in page - NOT via any email link and be sure its the legit page and if you need to reset it will tell you there.

I can´t access to Enterprise Submission Platform (ESP) for uploading some footage clips to iStock. After I filled username and password it writing me that: "Please verify that you've entered everything correctly." My username and password are certainly right!

Could you check it to login to ESP please ?

The same story. I received notification letter from IS asking me to change my password.
I found out that I can't login to IS using my actual password. After that I tried  link "forgot your password" but so far I have no mail with reset link from IS.

I got the email and reset my password through the link. No problems.
