Didn't see one yet so let's fire it up!

-------

Pretty good month for me. Fotolia somehow 25% down. Maybe it was some cut down of my bestsellers, DPT opt out or just a summer slump.

Compared to May 2014 (only vectors):

DL's +3%
Earnings -7%
Portfolio Growth +6%

SS - 45%
FT- 16%
IS - 14%
Low Ones Together - 25%

WME for over all earnings and SS since SEP 2012. :( :( :(
Other bad performance agencies include: FT and IS.
 Alamy,123RF and DT are fine.

Below is a pie chart generated by my Free mobile app: Stock Stats. It's really a timer saver, isn't it? Hope you guys will like it and start using it today.

A normal month, didnt upload much. 3% more than June. SS was down, Fotolia was up, stocksy was up, pond5 was up, istock unchanged to May, Dreamstime extremely low. I guess the customers on DT just dont like my work, it is a much slower agency than all the others for me.

Time to shoot and upload christmas stock.

Down, down, down, at both SS and iS. What's interesting to me is how the numbers for SS and iS exclusive are getting closer to each other in the poll.

BMY for me and other than 2012 it would be my second best month ever. Strong performances from SS and Alamy along with a BME at DT made it so. I also had my first video sale at P5.

Unfortunately a lot of the income was from low frequency events (EL and Alamy sales), but hopefully it isn't just a one off.

I am not at FT or deposit so I don't have to agonize over what to do about the revelation of their latest shady deals.

DT same number of sales as last month with less than half the earnings, but I'm up over first quarter of 2014 there (in earnings, RPD and RPI). At least they are among the payouts I made this month. SS disappointing compared to May but up 50% over June 2013. I'm hoping it's just the summer slump.

I have a handful of files on Deposit and credit sales seem to be neck and neck with subscriptions so I'll keep them there at least until I make a payout and then decide what to do. No sub sales on iS this month.

It's so hot but I agree I should either shoot some new Christmas stuff or process some that I didn't get up last year.

Appr. 2000 images, microstock since 2007.

Business as usual, good month:
Shutter strong, especially on sods that now outperform subscription downloads. I like the high numbers, I feel apreaciated when I get 80 dollars for a sale.
Fot average.
DT average

Others? I havent looked, but I got a payout from 123 and big, and its just old files I have resting in peace there.
So all in all June was good. Despite I havent uploaded much for several months now. Maybe BME or one of the top 5.

Started this year - 350 files average

Big 2 - IS and SS (80% combined)

Low Earners - FT and CS (15% combined)

Micro Earners - BS and DT (5% combined)

Dropped - DP

New Hopes - FotoArabia and Picfair

Comparing to May:
DT way down, SS more downloads and less money, CS slow but improving.

It is too hot out to be December, but my earnings from June look like it was.

I average $2300 a month in micro stock. June was $1700.  Big delta when you're talking micro stock. SS way down and DT down $150 compared to the last two months.

iS: compared to June '13: $$ 31% down, dls down 33%.
Only one month (very slightly) worse since June '08; and it was the worst month, bar none, for dls since March 07, which was my third full month on iS.
Getty for May: 1 sale, $1.67, which was an improvement on April: 1 sale for 98c. To think that I once 'aspired' to be accepted to Getty.  ::) :o :(

Alamy: 7 sales, a big improvement on sales, though three were tiny $6.55 gross sales, two for the same file, one which has repeated sales to that publication (benefit of RM). One of these sales was an unpaid use from June 2011 which I discovered and reported.  Actually my net at Alamy in June was about 40% what I made at iS, which is more about how bad iS has become.

FAA: 1 mounted photo sold.  :D

I'm way off of where I was in June 2013 and even more so from where I expect to be in general on a month-to-month basis. About 30% below where I expected to be for June.

And being at the halfway point of the year, if earnings to date for 2014 are half of what I can expect for the year, it's a really bad year.

The summer low defiantly has started. June is down 11% compared to May, but the good news for me is that it is still 27% up compared to June 2013. Best four were: Shutterstock, DepositPhotos, Zazzle, 123RF

Due to some Stocksy ELs in May I had expected that June would probably much lower. I thought - unless another Stocksy EL would come in, I might be down by about 66% - prediction came true - down by about 63% compared to May 2014. However, up by 89% compared to June 2013. My income split

Stocksy: 58%
SS: 20%
DT: 18
FT: 4% (WME, 73% down compared to June 2013)

123rf: 0 - account finally closed in the middle of the month.  :)
