Dreamstime is still, apparently, having some issues with uploading.

I'm glad, i thought it was a conflict with Vista on my new computer...  But, today, timed out with another two images.

Thanks for starting this thread, was hoping it wasn't ME... lol

VISTA!!!!!   AAAAAAAGGGGGGGHHHHHH....    I just  got a new  work-horse for my office geared and built for the photo  biz!!!!    Vista!!!   I hate it!!    I deeply regret that I did not spend the extra few bucks and go MAC.....

VISTA!!!!!!!!!!!    AAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHH

I'm back on the older faithful XP machine and happy. One thing I never considered is the 64 bit.  Can't get some of my fav fat 32 programs to run on it.... and....can't get 64 versions......  maybe it's just me?

Must admit though...it does put up a pretty pic  on the 26" flatscreen...

VISTA!!!  AAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!    LOL     8)=tom

LMAO Tom!!

Biggest problem I'm having with Vista is the properties tab on the images is more advanced than on "regular" windows.
The "Keyword" field translates over to "Tags" on Vista, but it doesn't translate back the other way.
If I keyword with the Vista computer, I have to put the keywords separated by a comma in the comments section, and then I have to go to the other computer and add the tags from the comment line back into the keyword field and save it there.
Unfortunately, I didn't realize that, and I have about 100 images that seem to have zero keywords on them since I worked them on the new system.  The keywords show up if I check them thru Vista, but they are blank on the other.

Vista has some interesting features, but, yeah, I wish I had regular windows on here....

Mac? well, there are various schools of thought on that, but THAT OS drives me insane, too...

I guess it's all in what ya know.  If we did a whole lot of manipulation or photoshopping, then I could see the benefit in using a Mac.  But we are simple folk, and Windows works for us. :)
