The following keywords used for this file do not appear to be fully relevant to the subject.

I believe that a few might be that accurate.. but if I take all I will have only Young Adult and Isolated on White! :)

Without seeing the actual image, it's hard to advise. There are guys crying and guys crying ... and inspectors and inspectors.

Sorry to say, but I think rejection was justified...

He doesn't look like crying to me. he does not look depressed (He is smiling!). Can't see any signs of violence, pain or illness either... Maybe there is a tear in his eye, but the facial expression and body language looks pretty positive to me.

Hence the keyword "violence". I can see your point.

You should have added that for the inspector, he couldn't have possibly known that, unless you can see the reflection in his eyes of your hand moving away from the guy...  ::)

Description - young adult smiling while trying to cry (tiny tears visible) isolated on white background
Keywords - man, male, adult, young, smiling, isolated on white

Keyword spamming, justified rejection. I think no emotion really fits his expression, I wouldn't even bother resubmitting, I'd shoot it all over again and try to make more convincing shots ;)
