a few days ago, maybe yesterday, kozzi was working, now they seem to have pulled stock searches and the contributor url is a 404 error.

what is going there? They use one of images as a header image. But no contributor login anymore?

Just checked. Still there after clicking on their link here. Maybe they were hacked, or making changes to their site or just down? But then who knows.

All I see is a variety of information pages for various fields. There is no link to stock photos. Even the link on top "Royalty free stock images and vectors for just $1" leads back to the info pages. After a few years there I was finally about $2 from payout! Where . has it gone?

The contact us page seems to be filled with cut and paste unrelated content with bogus e-mail addresses
http://www.kozzi.com/contact/

And on their FB page there are buyers complaining about having no access to their accounts.

https://www.facebook.com/KozziImages

on their fb page too many people are complaining.. but if you look closely you will see one or two person who just copy-pasted same text to all the posts. little weird

It seems buyers have received e-mails about Kozzi closing. Contributors OTOH have not been informed about anything, so no word about what is happening to money there.

They said so on Kozzi's FB page.

Probably kind of hard to stay in business when on your homepage you have a huge icon encouraging visitors to go to 87 other sites that offer free images instead of staying to pay for yours.

Any proof?

I only see one person who is replying to every post there with the same "The owner messaged me with info they are in process of closing". Nothing more.

In the meanwhile page keeps posting links to pictures. Strange.

Do you have any link when it really looks like "THEY SAID"?

Thank you!

If it true, It will be great news. Lets say goodbye of "Royalty free stock images and vectors for just $1". Except Big4+Pond5+ stocksy, to others must say - good bye

It is strange that there aren't more upset customers and contributors complaining. I sent an e-mail asking about them closing down and when contributors can expect payment. I just got a curt response

"Did I not just send you your earnings last night?
What is your PayPal address. "

No mention of whether or not they are indeed closing.

I sent my PayPal address but still no payment.

That sucks big time if they are out of business as I sold quite a few images over there, so they owe me payment.

I wish these stock photo sites would behave more professionally and notify their contributors before skipping out on everyone.  >:(

This is also another reason why all stock agencies should pay their contributors immediately or at least the following month...

When they have a payout system other than immediate... you the contributor are left holding the bag when they go out of business without telling you anything.  >:(
