Having a dilema.
I want to download a vector file from pixabay-free to use in any comercial way, modify it, add some content, and after that submit it to Shutterstock or istock as stock file.

Is this legal?

P.S. sorry for my grammar mistakes, I'm not a native English speaker.

From the iStock non-exclusive agreement: "By uploading Content, you are warranting that you own all proprietary rights or are the authorized representative of the applicable copyright owner(s) of such Content, including copyright, in and to the Content with full power to grant the rights contemplated in this Agreement."
