Has anyone experienced having their login blocked at Depositphotos without notice.
I am waiting for a response from their support but wondered if anyone had any prior experience or thoughts on why this might have happened.
To the best of my knowledge I haven't broken any of their rules or given them any other reason to block my account.

Yes, I have. I called their support and they said I have to email them a copy of my Passport or Drivers License to "[email protected]" to verify my identity.  Strange, when you call their 800 support number they don't answer, but after 10 minutes or so they call you back from a different number and tell you to send your ID to "Vicky". Just doesn't sound like a very secure way to ask for your identity.

Thanks for the info.
Not sure I want to do that for no good reason. If I don't hear from their support without having to phone them it might just be the last nudge that I need to delete my portfolio there.

Yeah send them your IDs, passports, traveller checks and all your money they are a trustworthy company and you will get 3% from the sales of your passports-copies on the black market.....



How can anyone deal with this shady company in any way just blows my mind!

Yeah something strange going on?

Perhaps due to the Russian hackers?

Came home from work to find an email asking me to email a copy of my driving license to Vicky.
Guess I will have to do it or I can't access my account to do anything.

I waited a looooooong time when i was standing in your shoes, hacker even got time to get a payment to his account and Im not selling good there :D

My license expired 4 years ago and they are just now finding this out?

Sounds like hackers perhaps?

My account is now unblocked within one hour of sending a (poor) scan of my driving license.
