Here's what I could find, X means I didn't find any upper size limit. That doesn't mean there isn't one.

IS = X
DT = X
123 = X
SV = X
SS = 25MB
BS = 25MB
FT = 20MB
StockXpert = 16MB

I ran into a potential problem and the files when converted to JPG and saved at level 12 are about 13MB. There's hardly a difference at 80% or level 10, but I like to make them the best that they can be.

It's already reduced almost 20% and starting to lose some details. Next step and I'll be getting rejected for "jaggies". And I don't want to get rejected for file too large. I'm guessing I'm just under the Max. for StockXpert so that answers the question.

Files don't get rejected for being too large - the uploader won't accept them. Kinda splitting hairs, but in this case there's a difference between being rejected and not being accepted.

A 13 MB file is not a problem for all the major sites. I've got files online at these sizes:
SS - 17.3 MB
IS - 16.7 MB
DT - 27.0 MB
FT - 27.0 MB
StockXpert - 21.7 MB
123 - 21.7 MB
BigStock - 27.0 MB
CRE - 21.7 MB
SV - 21.7 MB

These days I usually save at quality 11 (sometimes 10) if the file size is >10 MB so that upload time is shortened. No problems with rejections.

Panther Media

File format:    JPEG in RGB colour mode
Image size:    minimum of 1800 pixels on the longest side; the higher, the better
File size:        There is a current maximum of 12.0 MB per upload

I went to single file upload ft and it said less than 30mb.  I asked at istock last year, didnt get a response and then uploaded an image that was about 60mb (it was a request for a texture of that size)

Just had two that I uploaded ftp get stuck in the StockXpert Briefcase because they are over 16mb. I wonder if going direct to the folders is why you got something larger past the size limit?

StockXpert - 21.7 MB
How did you upload that file?

That's OK I made a level 10 save of the same files, now under 10mb each. I should probably do that to start with and save myself the time uploading.
