For me May 2013 was 12% down on May 2012 but that was mainly because the latter had been an exceptionally good month. Overall earnings were in line with recent months.

SS continues to surge ahead, apparently at the expense of their competitors. FT in particular were nearly 60% down (yes really!) compared to May 2012.

Percentages as follows (with May 2012)

SS   49.2% (36.8 )
IS    21.3%  (26.6)
DT   10.1%  (11.7)
FT    7.1%  (14.8 )
BigStock  3.6%  (5.1)

Business as usual.
BME at ss and fot.

DT = black hole.

I have withdrawn from can, dp, is and a lot of minor places.
I think I can see that those sales go to shutter instead.

If I clump in FAA sales then I have a BME.  Otherwise I had a decent month that is at the same as three other tied BME's.

IS up a little with TS growth (Bleh)
SS up cuz of an $80 sensitive use and a $95 accumulation of single use on one day, a few $28 ers
Canstock: down 80% ($50ish to $10) - month over month CanStockPhoto is spiraling down for me for some reason - they are now in par with Stock Fresh.
FT, DT, PD: same month over month
123 & BigStock up $25 each (very abnormal)

Down 30% on April 2013.
Up 33% on May 2012.
An above average month.

My May was worse than April, but then again - April had been my BMY so far - and May came in as the second best month. SS performed best and also had a decent month at DT. At FT I had a great month with regards to sales and a crappy month with regards to revenue earned. The RPD was lowest across the 4 agencies I am submitting to, RPI the lowest together with my low-earner 123rf. From this perspective I am watchin very closely the new subscription plan rumors for FT and am considering  leaving 123rf altogether, as I have seen very little improvement after the comission cut, even though I had been building portfolios.

SS - 53%
DT - 25%
FT - 17%
123rf - 6%

Overall, down by about 25% compared to April.

I was lucky to have a fantastic month of May with another round of BMEs at several agencies.

1. Shutterstock (BME) +15% over previous BME
2. 123RF (BME) +43% over previous BME
3. Fotolia (BME) +10% over previous BME
4. Stompstock (Self Hosted Symbiostock site)  8)
5. Dreamstime (BME)
6. CanStock
7. DepositPhotos

Bottom of the barrel: StockFresh, GL, and Veer

Not bad and not great!  SS barely just topped May last year, IS fell (I've pulled good part of my port there), Alamy made couple of mid rated sales only, 123rf, Fotolia, Canstock, Bigstock small increases if any, and it was DT with a BME which sort of salvaged the month.  Feels like I'm uploading away without any appreciable climb in sales.. sort of like running hard at the same spot!  ::)

May had a very slow start, but tried to make a comeback in the second half. The result was only 4% down from the month before and still an 43% up compared to May 2012.

The best fore agencies this month are: Shutterstock, Zazzle, DepositPhotos, PhotoSpin

(The statistic includes referral income.)
