When you import into Lightroom, how much personal metadata do you include?

I have been adding my name for copyright, my city and state, my photo web address, and my gmail email.

It this too much? Your thoughts?

Company name, year, copyright and my name. Thats all. I have yet to find an image of mine on the internet that contained my meta data. Its all stripped, everywhere.
