I wonder why Microsoft Office includes images form Fotolia, IStock and StockXpert?

This is not correct. Bill Gates owns Corbis and he also has many shares in Microsoft, but Microsoft does not own Corbis, yes and Corbis owns SnapVillage so I guess Bill Gates owns SnapVillage.

When Willy Sutton was asked why he robbed banks, his answer was "Because that's where the money is".
Where are they going to get the kind of images they want for Microsoft Office?
On top of all other considerations, they need to use a site that's not beta as customers need to be able to buy high res versions if they want. SnapVillage doesn't qualify on those grounds alone.

Even more odd is that Microsoft owns http://www.msn.com (http://www.msn.com) and they primarily use Getty for their images. Wouldn't you think they would use Corbis? Or is that some sort of conflict of interest?
