Title: model release forms

Hello all.

I live in Iran which most people cannot read/write English.
How should I deal with English model release forms ?

Is it okay to instruct the person and ask him/her to sign the form ?

Not an official answer, meaning that I can't speak for any of the agencies, but in your situation I would prepare a translation of the model release language to the local language.  Have them sign the English-language release and sign or initial the local translation.  Submit both versions to the stock agencies and hope that satisfies everyone.
