Title: Models Release for Body Shots
Post by: tab62 on February 02, 2013, 14:26
Hi MSG Folks,

I tend to attach a model release for even a photo with a hand it - especially if the hand plays a major role such as holding an object. The majority of the MS Companies seem to be fine but I got a little nasty rejected from DT for adding it. Go figure...

I recall reading somewhere that "If the model can recognize him/her self in the photo, the release is needed."
I think that this is an excellent advice and I'm following it.

Yeah, DT is weird that way.  Just accept it.
