They are not giving December Month payment. and they not replay my messages

I think a few people have had the same. I've had mine for December, got it on the 16th of January, and no problems with my October or November payments either. Not much use to you.... but at least that shows they still exist and there's somebody sending out at least some payments every month. Not sure what to suggest other than keeping on at support.

I had a delay from December so i sent a message to them, and they released that payment shortly. ME is quite a slow seller for me, over 300 footage, and only 2 sales in almost a year.
Not sure if i should keep uploading there.

Have you thought about submitting content to VideoHive? I get over 300 sales a year just from my top two templates (and they're not all that unique/impressive) so it might be worth a look.
